Me, the ever-inflexible Phylicia, who has never in her life been able to touch her toes, never thought I would go gaga over yoga. Afterall, "yoga is only for flexible people". It was only after my wedding in July 2014 when I started looking for exercise and things to do to work my way out of a mild depression, did I find the peace and calm that yoga brought me. And no, yoga isn't about being flexible.
I'm now a yoga convert, officially gaga over yoga!
And while shopping online for yoga wear and gear, I found a severe lack of these products available online in Singapore and even more so for Malaysia. Hence, YogaHeads.
